About the role
The sales representative works to sell the best experience to the customer by ensuring that the client is buying the eSIM that best suits their trip. This work impacts the financial success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs.
- Be able to communicate the value of the eSIM.
- Adapt to changes in the market, customer needs and company strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Be able to devise the best strategy for selling the product.
- Offer discounts and give the best arguments at the right time.
- Completing purchases and keeping a good rapport with the customer.
- Work as a team.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer needs efficiently across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and WhatsApp—all integrated into a single platform, namely Intercom.
- Be aware of news and messages from Slack.

- Proficiency in the German language at a native level or equivalent to a C1 proficiency level is required. A language test will be administered during the interview process to assess language skills. Additionally, an upper intermediate level of English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese, Italian, and Arabic is considered a plus.
