Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Build and develop a sales team (SDR, BDR, AE)

Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely and accurate reporting

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Preferred Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience with Sales (IT solutions & cloud)

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients

Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
