Role overview
As a Business Development and Sales Analyst for Germany, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Drive rapid new business sales growth within the DE Market with a particular focus on the telecom sector: Tower companies, MNOs and GUs/integrators
  • Build and drive our Sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with the Country Manager and Executive team, including understanding the customer current and ongoing needs, competitive landscape, presence, and our key strengths within Germany
  • Drive revenue generation by assisting the Country Manager and other Sales Executives in closing opportunities
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business via appropriate management solutions
  • Achieve sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert in C level meetings to leverage our offering
  • Build effective working relationships with other parts of the organization, including the executive team

Qualifications and experience
We are looking for a Germany-based person with an entrepreneurial mindset, always on the lookout for new opportunities. The ideal candidate must have deep experience in the telecom sector and understanding of Enterprise software and solution-based sales, to have the drive and motivation to bring revenue and rapidly gain customers within the DE market.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business development in telco/towerco/GU
  • A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within the telecom/towerco industry and at C-Level within the DE market
  • Experience with site design sales/business development will be considered an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with other parts of the organization
  • Ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Fluency in English and German
