What your day will look like: 
  • Own all sales strategies and activities to ensure achievement of business and sales goals
  • Keep track of sales performance and prepare forecasts and KPI reporting
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of the cycle
  • Ensure cross and up sales to existing customers and partners
  • Participate in creating and progressing partner plans and work with local dealers and partners to grow international presence
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, qualification and closed business
  • Achieve monthly quota and KPIs
  • Analyze sales trends, identify market changes, products and services deficiencies in react appropriately
  • Manage opportunities with timely and accurate notes, tasks, and documentation to effectively communicate the status of a client record in the pipeline
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, product and R&D departments to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
About You: 
  • At least 4 years of direct sales experience in the Media & Broadcasting industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and market participants
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership competencies
  • Experience with B2B sales through various channels
  • Data-driven mind-set and strong analytical skills including the ability to collect and use data to make business decisions
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
  • Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets
  • Proven ability to drive results, be resilient during challenging situations, have a customer-first mentality and a strong growth mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory
  • Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands
