The primary business involves connecting corporate clients to Southeast Asian localised subject-matter experts for market research and due diligence purposes. These top-level experts include C-level executives, public-sector leaders and varied subject matter experts. They are launching a new recruitment business and inviting candidates to embark on this new journey with them.
Responsibilities
- Manage the candidate experience and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Manage existing client relationships to develop lasting networks and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Leverage the existing database to shortlist relevant candidates for the clients’ requirements after analyzing their requests
- Perform outreach activities through online and offline channels to source for shortlist new candidates
- Partake in company discussions and gain opportunities to effect change in a real-world setting
