Your Role
At our client's company, people are their greatest assets and integral to the service they provide. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate in their London office, your role will involve assisting in developing creative strategies to identify and attract world-class talent, guiding candidates through the pipeline, and partnering to improve the recruitment process. Your duties will include:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Act as the commercial owner of a core part of the recruitment process, accountable for targets, supporting new initiatives, creating ideas, executing strong full life-cycle recruitment processes, and identifying key improvement areas; maintain tracking and data requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with firm stakeholders to understand strengths and limitations within the recruiting focus area; keep business stakeholders informed on hiring progress; drive business participation in recruitment activities and support internal partners.
  • Candidate Interview: Conduct first-round interviews, support candidate progression, educate candidates on the client's value proposition, and manage the offer process.
  • Campus Recruitment: Identify new campus or student organization partnerships; build and maintain relationships with target campuses; manage recruiting events; participate in onsite and offsite events to attract talent; plan and allocate team resources during the campus season.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Train and support new team members, manage local recruitment vendors, address and escalate team issues.

Qualifications:
  • Proven academic excellence (Bachelor’s or higher degree).
  • 1+ years in recruitment or corporate talent functions (campus recruitment preferred).
  • Fluent in English and French
