Overview:
The Director of Marketing Operations is part of the leadership team and is accountable for leading and managing the marketing operations teams. Under your  leadership, the marketing operations team will successfully plan, execute, and  optimize our client’s campaign across all channels and multiple markets.
 
Marketing Operations is the engine of their business. In close alignment with media buying, you ensure that all campaigns are meticulously and efficiently planned, launched on time, and, most importantly, deliver outstanding results for their clients.
 
As a leader, you foster a culture of operational excellence by providing the right tools and processes to continuously improve company's ability to deliver impactful campaigns for their clients. You actively engage in the team's learning and empowerment to increase their knowledge, efficacy, and proficiency in using the tools and processes.Your main accountabilities are to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality across  the organization.
 
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage their international operations teams in multiple countries, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and accountability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging feedback, suggestions, and participation in process improvement initiatives.
4. Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support operational activities and meet business objectives. You need to manage peak times, balance individual workloads, and ensure that there is always someone covering/knowing what to do.
5. Actively optimize performance: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the performance of operational activities. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and standards to ensure products/services exceed customer expectations.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing/sales, client experience, finance, and human resources, to ensure alignment and coordination of operational activities with broader business objectives.
8. Marketing Innovation: Champion integrating new and relevant marketing opportunities into the organization. Stay updated on new tools and technologies and evaluate their applicability to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
