About the Position
As their International Growth Analyst – Tier 1 West, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to support our client’s growth in key Tier 1 Western markets. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset, technical skills (Python, SQL), and a passion for uncovering growth opportunities through data. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable strategies and help our client achieve market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Opportunity Discovery
- Use Python and SQL to analyze large datasets and uncover growth opportunities.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends, gaps, and market potential.
- Support market prioritization and strategy development through data-driven insights.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Build and automate performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for priority markets.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track and communicate key metrics effectively.
- Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Goal Support and Strategy Alignment
- Assist in setting measurable goals for execution teams based on analytical insights.
- Ensure alignment between execution strategies and our client’s overarching growth objectives.
- Process Development and Foundations
- Establish scalable workflows for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Contribute to creating the analytical infrastructure needed to support sustainable international growth.
What They Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in data analysis, growth strategy, or marketing analytics roles, preferably in tech or e-commerce.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, analysis, and automation.
- Preferred Tools: Familiarity with GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of paid media, affiliate marketing, or SEO fundamentals is desirable but not required.
- Data Visualization: Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent for creating dashboards is advantageous.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them clearly.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively across teams.
