Performance Marketing Manager/Analyst, Thailand

Our partner is a multinational tech company and digital publishing house that focuses on content and community platforms for Asian women. The company has more than 200 employees in more than 12 countries: Singapore (HQ), Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, Nigeria, Kenya and Japan. The company offers content creation, market research, display advertising, e-commerce activation, KOL collaboration, video production, email + social media marketing, and on-ground events.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan online marketing campaigns across channels including SEM/SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Adwords, Display, Youtube etc), & Display Network
  • Execute online marketing campaigns across channels including SEM/SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Adwords, Display, Youtube etc), & Display Network
  • Measure and optimize performance on a daily basis by using online marketing dashboards: Google Analytics, Google data studio, Google Ads Dashboard & Facebook Ads Dashboard and other dashboards needed.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in digital marketing (Google/Facebook Ads/Display Network) growth and efficiency, e.g. audience targeting, split test
  • Responsible for creating reports for online marketing performance (including SEM/SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Adwords, Display, Youtube etc), & Display Network)
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure best practices are implemented, execution is aligned, and campaign performance is optimized
  • Work closely with design and creative team for new and ongoing asset generation, develop A/B testing ideas and test targeting & creative variations for performance improvements
  • Work closely with the rest of the marketing team as well as external partners (media/ecommerce platforms etc) to optimize online content and improve conversion rates

Requirements:


  • Data Driven; strong analytical & critical thinking
  • Good command of Ms.Excel and other tools used for optimization
  • Have experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing
  • Good analytical skills and experience generating performance reports
  • Eager to learn and adopt new tools/technologies as well as share knowledge with others
  • Have a self-starting attitude – the ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have the ability to work as a team and as individual
