About the role:


They are looking for a Senior Digital Analytics Manager to help them increase traffic coming from different sources (SEO, Affiliates, and SEO) and improve their conversion rate, both on their website and mobile app. Over time, you will form a small international team.


You will be in charge of tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, and exploring traffic trends and opportunities. You'll help them spend their marketing budget efficiently and target their audience successfully, so company can keep growing at high-speed rates and reach millions of travelers.


Responsibilities


The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible of:


  • Ensure that the company's data layer is configured correctly to receive all the events (page visits, add to cart, conversions, etc.) correctly.
  • Analyze data from different sources and identify growth opportunities using platforms like Google Analytics, Unbounce, Visual Web Optimizer, and Mode.
  • Configure relevant reports that you can share automatically through Slack or email. Take advent analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Mode to provide relevant insights and feedback to the whole company, specifically with the Marketing Manager.
  • Help them decide about ad budget allocation, internationalization priorities, and campaign optimization. Make recommendations based on data collected, explaining to decision-makers how it will affect revenue or cost-effectiveness for the company.


You will help them to figure out why some marketing campaigns work and others don't and to understand consumer behavior to track trends properly without making misinformed decisions.


They expect you to:


  • Build a small and international team of Digital Analysts.
  • Help our CRO team to deploy A/B tests and get insights from them.
  • Help our development team and mobile product team to set-up in-app analytics with Firebase.
  • Work closely with Affiliation, SEO, and Paid media teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Measure the CPA and ROAS of online and offline campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Overseeing budget allocation and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations.
  • Study and implement automation tools for data reporting.


Requirements:


  • Analytical solid abilities and oral and written skills.
  • English level B2 or C1 is a must.
  • Very high skills in Google Analytics. SQL is a plus.
  • Proven experience in agencies or advertisers as Digital Analytics Manager.
  • Team management skills.
  • Technical expertise in Google Tag Manager and data layer setup.
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Knowledge of qualitative tools such as Hotjar, Mouseflow, and VWO is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in Adobe Analytics or other measurement suites can be a plus.
  • Experience with PPC campaigns will be valued
