MAIN TASKS
Achieve annual revenue and profit targets through effective methods of consultative selling.
Plan and implement sales and marketing activities to meet company targets on sales and profitability.
Secure distribution of the company’s products in the market and develop the distribution channel.
Establish sustainable business and cross sell to other product lines.
New market segment and to research on clients requirement and competitors products and pries (projects and commercial).
Give guidance to local sales staff through monitoring, planning, defining their targets and evaluate their performance.
Use CRM for all activities (client database, projects, showroom equipment and marketing activities).
PROFILE
University degree or above.
Able to speak and write local language.
High level of enthusiasm, full of passion to build up new relationships in the field.
Creative, outgoing personality, mature, honest, self-motivated, result oriented and open-minded.
Proven track record for the projects in the building industry.
Ability to approach higher management levels – developers, architects, designers, MEP consultants, plumbers and contractors.
Professional English skills, excellent communication skills on all levels.
Strong background in sanitary/piping building material industry. Minimum 10 years’ experience in this industry.
Willing to travel within the dedicated region (travel capacity up to 20%).
