About the role

What will your new position look like?
You will work for different customers where you translate the planning processes into adequate solutions within the our client’s software. With one customer you support the implementation of the software and with another customer you investigate what is needed to optimize the planning and take it to the next level. You are the bridge builder between customer and their software.
You provide training to 5 to 10 key users/end users and you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from A to Z. It is therefore important that you are organizationally strong and have good communication skills. You are the point of contact for the customer, but you have a whole team of colleagues behind you to help you where necessary.
This makes you strong:
• You have courage, audacity and perseverance
• You are analytical, pragmatic and persuasive
• You have experience with stakeholder management and can deal with resistance
• You are a good listener, explainer and an inspiring communicator
• You have 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in roles such as: software consultant, application controller, project manager
• You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You have experience in supervising software implementations
• An excellent command of the Dutch language
• You are representative
