Our partner is a rapidly growing tech start-up which has become the most disruptive primary research player. Since its foundation in June 2017, the company has grown to 3 offices globally with over 80 employees and ranks as one of the fastest-growing European headquartered start-ups. The company is developing cutting-edge technology for machine-learning powered primary-research platform. You will be part of the foundational team that connects clients, who are large institutional investors, to industry experts and help fill their knowledge gaps during the investment research process. 


The Role: 


  • Manage your own book of clients and create recurring and growing revenue streams 
  • Manage Associates in order to help them grow into successful members of the business 
  • To quickly grasp the nature of the request and use our proprietary technologies to find industry experts for client projects who would fit the brief from our own network and external databases 
  • Qualify experts for industry leading insight using multiple platforms such as phone calls, emails and LinkedIn 
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients 
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company in the Americas to create a growth focused culture

Experience: 


  • You have at least 2 years full-time work experience in finance, consulting or research 
  • You have experience interacting with clients in the investment space 
  • You have experience of managing or mentoring less experienced colleagues 
  • Experience working in a team setting with heavy and frequent communication and being a key contributor 
  • Account Management and sales experience a bonus 
  • Experience with Project Management a bonus

  • You are an exceptional communicator with an intense focus on generating revenues 
  • You have the organisational skills required to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders and targets and succeed across all
