RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the engineering team, you will analyze the client's needs and requirements to express them technically to the developers.
Assisting their sales by providing quotes and proposals for their IT projects.
Identify use cases, stakeholders and business flows from the requirements.
Devise solutions by designing UX / UI components, preparing necessary diagrams (eg: ERD, DFD, Flowchart), and scenarios to be tested.
Work together with the UI / UX specialist team to ensure a greater user experience.
Prepare specification documents.
Ensure new features are well documented and tested.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of professional experience
IT background (Bachelor in IT or related preferably)
Good understanding of business process flows.
Required Skill(s): Business Analyst, Basic SQL Query, Documentation (Specification, Use Case, Activity Diagram, UI Wireframe).
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have: Experience in Odoo Functional and Interest in AI technology
