They are launching a new Recruitment business and inviting candidates to embark on this new journey with them. This role will be working with candidates and clients to fulfil positions required. Responsibilities:


You will work with the co-founders directly to grow this business line:


  • Manage the candidate experience and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Work with clients to understand their ideal candidate profile.
  • Source for candidates, reach out, and organise and conduct interviews.
  • Point of contact for the candidates, including salary negotiations.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the executive search process.

Requirements:

We look out for candidates who:

  • Has 1-3 years of executive search or recruiting experience.
  • Prepared to work hard to turn in solid performance, results-driven and output-driven.
  • Self-directed and able to work independently without supervision.
  • Wishes to be part of and to contribute to a startup’s journey.
