About Your Role

Joining the Northern Europe team (France, Benelux & DACH) means stepping into a dynamic and mature market where our client already holds a strong presence.

What Will Be Your Impact


  • Prospect accounts and identify potential new revenue segments for your region by researching and analyzing market opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach to engage prospects and spark interest in our client's solutions.
  • Cold call potential clients to introduce your company and qualify leads based on their needs.
  • Use LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with key decision-makers, starting conversations and driving interest.
  • Communicate with their Sales and Operations Team to provide insights into market trends and developments.
  • Report and manage all of your activities on their SalesLoft platform to organise your own Sales Pipeline.
  • Leverage video and other media outreach methods to personalize communication and increase engagement with prospects.


Key Requirements

  • Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar client- facing roles, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Have native level of German and fluency in English.
  • Enjoy taking initiative and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrive on challenges and are eager to develop your skills in a dynamic market.
  • Can work independently while contributing to a strong team spirit and collaboration.
  • Are organised, precise, and demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Have a creative mindset: creative people share ideas, suggest solutions, and are not afraid to innovate!
  • Comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, Email platforms, etc.).
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing a high volume of outreach without compromising quality.
