What are we looking for? 

We’re wanting to grow our Business Development & Growth team, and we can’t do it without you. You’ll be one of the first in the team, and therefore you determine how you shape it, as well as our business for the future. 


Are you passionate, committed & eager to learn about the sales process? Wonderful - then we’re good to go. 



What will you be doing on a daily? 

  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities - focusing on gaining contacts within the start-up world, consultancies & fast growing firms. 

  • Organising your leads to target (trust us when we say that Excel & LinkedIn will become your best friends - could be useful for you to become acquainted?). 

  • Developing and implementing sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, globally.

  • Prepare marketing materials, such as pitch decks & client presentations.

  • Conduct discovery sessions & develop strong relationships with our potential clients. 

  • And ultimately? WIN THEM OVER! 



Sounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if: 

  • You have a minimum of 1 Year Experience within B2B Business Development / Sales and are looking for your next step. 

  • You have a demonstrated success of winning over clients, ideally within client-servicing industries. 

  • You’ve completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 

  • English fluency is a must for us (it’s how we communicate with each other!) + German would be a huge advantage.
