Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be targeted consulting corporate clients at their decision-maker level with the goal of discovering their consulting and support needs and deriving projects from there
  • You will be leading a team - supporting, motivating, and developing the employees in their field (senior level)
  • You will be developing a strong, individual network with executives in Corporate Germany
  • You will be responsible for the sales cycle from new customer acquisition, contract negotiations, establishment of long-term and sustainable relationships
  • You will be analysing the market potentials for whole industries and targeted customers, and implementing suitable strategies
  • You will be given the opportunity to implement own projects for further development of the company

  • You will be closely cooperating with the top independent consultants and participating at events and fairs to represent the organization and expand your network


Qualifications:

  • Completed university studies or similar

  • Proven experience in sales and key account management and strong market knowledge of B2B; preferable with an already existing strong network and contacts to companies in the DACH market
  • Excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and proven experience in result-oriented and conclusion-oriented communication with decision-makers

  • Sovereignty paired with hands-on mentality and drive to establish yourself as a trustworthy partner of the German economy

  • High affinity to the consulting business and fun at work in one of the most successful, growing digital start-ups in Germany
