Position's Objective:

 

Collaborate with the UX team to ensure best practices, product quality and team organization. Ensuring positive experiences and solutions across the company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead all phases of product design for different projects, ensuring the best user experience in each initiative.
  • Lead and assist the UX designers team.
  • Conduct research to help create better product experiences.
  • Work with the UX-UI team to promote best practices and product quality.
  • Assist in cross-functional decision making.
  • Generate data-driven and research-based solutions.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops with internal team and users.
  • Manage several projects at the same time.
  • Communicate with different areas and negotiate with them.
  • Design with the team digital products from 0 and improve existing ones.
  • Establish patterns, guidelines and processes for the UX team.
  • Mentor the UX team for its growth.
  • Establish UX objectives aligned to the business, the user and the team.

 

Requirements

 

  • Create digital products by implementing UX processes such as research, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Organize, lead and conduct ideation workshops with internal team and users.
  • Card sorting, information architecture, UX audits, heuristics, etc.
  • Research focused on interface design and usability best practices. 
  • Implementation of design methodologies. 
  • Data analysis for decision making.
  • Accompany the complete design flow, from research to implementation (includes preparation of workshops, accompaniment in interviews, focus groups; visual QA, etc.).
  • Participation in user testing
  • Documentation of work performed
  • Identify and solve UX problems, such as responsiveness.
  • Usability principles.
  • Design with responsive and cross-platform experience.

 

What else do you need to succeed?

 

  • English B2 or higher
  • Related professional training
  • High level of planning and organization.
  • People management
  • Experience working on product within a fast growing startup.
  • Proactivity, autonomy and innovation.
  • High communication skills to present your projects and ideas.
  • Negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptation to changes.
