The Role
Our client is seeking a B2B Sales Operations Manager to join their team. Your role will be an integral part of our client's partnership program. You will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into the dynamic world of a growing startup in the longevity space. You will support their team in establishing and nurturing relationships with their B2B partners and grow their brand's presence.
The Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and managing strong relationships with our B2B partners e.g. retailers, clinics, pharmacies and distributors.
- Support the onboarding of new partners by managing contracts, price lists, supplier registrations etc.
- Handle relationships with established B2B partners, process their orders, ensure delivery and manage complaints
- Create regular reporting for B2B sales, tracking progress by partner, regions and partner type.
- Support the management team in refining the B2B distribution strategy and and improving B2B processes.
The Requirements
- Experience in working in a B2B sales environment. Experience in the pharmacies, medical or supplement field is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable interacting with others and reaching out to new potential partners.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and German (German is a must).
- Diligent working style, eye for detail and good with numbers.
- Organised personality, tracking progress with partners and individual tasks, not dropping the ball on anything.
- A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industry.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in an international company.
- Proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
