What is looked for:

  • Jointly taking on the strategic leadership and further development of the Digital Strategy & Execution Team with their management.
  • Having overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Being responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of projects, defining the appropriate (go-to-market) strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects and excellent customer experience.
  • Driving the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of external partnerships.
  • Establishing and optimizing the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
  • Playing a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new services based on current trends and industry developments.
  • Working closely with their Leadership Team from all departments.
  • Representing the company and the Digital Strategy & Execution Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
  • Working together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Strategy & Execution Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
 

Requirements:

  • Holding a university degree with excellent performance in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
  • Having 8+ years of professional experience in the digital environment, focusing on strategy, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
  • Having expert knowledge and a deep understanding of the tech and/or commerce landscape, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the field of digital Marketing and Sales.
  • Having proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
  • having strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
  • Exceling in oral and written communication skills.
  • Being a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
  • Being fluent in English.
