Job Responsibilities:

  • Getting to know the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts for the 2 - 4 months to grow our client's network
  • After successfully certified on recruiting, executing time-sensitive, projects for our clients working within a specialised team – split by by sector, region or investment strategy
  • Leveraging our client network to allign Council Members with clients, given client's needs
  • Day-to-day interaction with our professionals over the phone to qualify candidates to ensure precise fit for client projects
  • Cultivating responsibility and accountability for client projects and the overall client experience
  • Developing your knowledge of your clients by building strong relationships with them
  • Towards end of tenure, working with Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users and how to engage them in order to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts
  • Towards end of tenure, collaborating with our Events, Survey teams, Strategic Projects to pitch and execute a wide range of products
  • Collaborating with senior team members to organize live and virtual content events
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a client service-focused position 
  • Interest/understanding of emerging economies (especially Africa) could be from educational or work experience
  • Prone to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, also ensuring a high level of precision and attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Demonstrating client services skills where you have owned relationships with clients

  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment

  • Proven commercial insight

  • Afinity to work in a collaborative environment
