Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Lead to spearhead their Digital Practice in Berlin. The Medical Lead will play a crucial role in developing and implementing their patient app, facilitating direct connections between patients and doctors through video consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, experience with telemedicine, and a passion for digital products and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish medical guidelines and protocols for telemedicine services within the German regulatory framework.
2. Provide direct consultations to patients via video calls using their App platform.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure GDPR and compliance regulations are met.
4. Develop and optimize process management workflows for efficient patient care delivery.
5. Work closely with other team members on implementing the app within DE regulations.
6. Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the App as a white-label solution for digital healthcare.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. 3-5 years of experience as a general practitioner, preferably with experience in telemedicine or digital health services.
2. Strong understanding of German healthcare regulations, GDPR, and compliance requirements for telemedicine.
3. Experience in developing and implementing medical guidelines and protocols.
4. Excellent communication skills in German (native proficiency) and English (fluent proficiency).
5. Passion for digital products and innovation in healthcare.
