About The Role:As part of its growth strategy, our client is now looking for its new Operations Director. The Operation Director will ensure processes and performances across the company are met. He will also be the face of the company and therefore meet key accounts. Naturally this position could quickly evolve toward a Managing Director role.
The ideal candidate has experience managing teams, budgets, clients and optimizing processes. An engineering or product background would be much appreciated. Knowledge of the automotive industry or related industry is a must.This position is ideal for an experienced product director, sales director, willing to join a human-sized company, part of a bigger organization with ambitious career goals. You are curious, open, creative, and motivated by the idea of joining a legacy product with a strong client base.
About You :Business degree.
Strong experience as a Product Director, managing teams.
Expertise in the field of Saas.
Experience in the automotive industry (big plus).
Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Standard languages: German (native level), English (fluent to native level), French is a plus.
