RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling brand awareness, product branding & developing promotion strategy.
- Formulating the brand strategy through the examination of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future customer needs, and ongoing monitoring.
- Maintaining customer relations through the organization and development of specific customer relations programs.
- Responsible for determining the company’s presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by overseeing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Exploring new applications for existing products through the analysis of statistics related to market development.
- Accounting for developing new product development (NPD) in collaboration with related departments, including the evaluation of product samples until launch.
QUALIFICATIONS- Graduated from bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Brand Manager, preferably from an FMCG company.
- Experience in handling product launch, brand management, and P&L would be an added value.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, along with creativity, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a strong personality.
