The Responsibilities
- Implement the annual, monthly and weekly work plan for the customer.
- Visit customers to understand the needs and requirements on different products.
- Complete tasks of market development and product sales.
- Implement pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale customer service, and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Investigate and collect customer and competitor information and make suggestions for the company to make market decisions.
- Information collection and monitoring of the market performance of competitors' related products in the field of use and the OEM side.
The Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in related field of study such as Business Administration, Marketing or Mechatronical and Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Proficient in English and German, these are working languages corresponding to specific businesses.
- Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, clear thinking, excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, good interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills, and team spirit.
- Foreign language such as Chinese, Polish or French is a plus.
