To support the company’s rapid growth, our client is looking for a talented Key Account Manager. Under the supervision of their Sales Manager, you’ll join a passionate and motivated team!
Missions:
At the end of training within the sales team, made up of 8 people, your missions will be:
Account management and customer relations
- You’re the first point of contact with their key accounts, and you’re the guarantor of your customers’ satisfaction.
- Cross-selling holds no secrets for you, and you develop your portfolio by expanding your contacts and mapping accounts.
- You generate new opportunities, follow your sales pipe and propose innovative, tailor-made solutions to your customers.
- You take part in responses to invitations to tender.
- As a team leader, you’ll be able to coordinate teams to put their experts to work to meet customer needs.
Business development and acquisition
- You develop your customer portfolio.
- You coordinate Growth Hacking and emailing campaigns in your vertical.
- You work with a Business Developer to hunt out and win over new targets.
Customer database and CRM
- You will feed their CRM with the new contacts you generate.
- You will report regularly to your sales manager.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business
- Fluent in English - Dutch is a plus
- At least one experience abroad
- Successful experience in Account Management, managing negotiations
- Have self-confidence (Be self-confident in dealing with client questions, responsible, etc.), being resistant to stress and pressure
- Be autonomous and pro-active (able to advocate and make decisions)
- Be rigorous (Respect the service processes)
- Be curious (Be interested, ask questions in order to better understand the activity and progress)
- Be dynamic and enthousiastic
- Good interpersonal skills (ease of communication with colleagues and clients)
