Position Overview
They are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their team in BeNe region. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You’ll be the face of their company and ensure their clients receive top-notch service, driving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within the BeNe region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, RFP sourcing and strategic partnerships.
- Understand client needs and challenges to propose effective content management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in B2B sales, preferably in content management, Services, or related industries.
- Familiarity with the BeNe region market and multilingual service needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales management tools.
- Multilingual skills are a plus (Dutch, English, and/or French).
