The Opportunity
They seek a dynamic and experienced Regional Head for their team focused on growing our Life Sciences clients based in the Americas. You will be responsible for expanding their share of wallet with key clients, promoting new business growth, and managing Client Engagement & New Business Development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing their client base, focusing on top-tier firms and enhancing their network's value proposition in this area.
 
What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, retain and grow key Life Science Clients
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate the new business and client engagement teams, developing client relationships and increasing market share and sales revenue.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at target firms.
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities within the management consulting sector.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor their services to meet the specific needs of management consulting clients.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote their services and build brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide and present regular reports on business progress and challenges to the commercial head and executive management.

Job Requirements
  • Previous experience leading successful commercial teams within Life Science consulting, Medical communication, market research companies.
  • Strong understanding of the Lifesciences market & stakeholders including key players and industry dynamics.
  • Experience working with both Qualitative and Quantitative research solutions/projects
  • Outstanding persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • A team player with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strength in problem-solving and issue resolution, an ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
