We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Media Buying Manager to lead our media buying efforts for the travel vertical. As a Senior Media Buying Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive media strategies to establish brand credibility, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase eSIM purchases. You will possess a deep understanding of the travel industry, various media channels, and emerging digital marketing trends. You will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage and optimize media budgets within tight deadlines.
 
FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS
  • Oversee the development and execution of media buying strategies across all digital, print, and broadcast channels
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, media landscape, and market trends
  • Select and collaborate with media vendors to secure the most effective placements and optimize media spend
  • Negotiate with media partners to acquire the best possible rates and terms, maximizing ROI
  • Manage and track media budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals
  • Implement advanced media buying techniques and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using a variety of metrics, including traffic, leads, and conversions
  • Prepare detailed campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop core brand strategies to maximise growth and presence
  • Continuously refine and improve media buying strategies based on data, analytics, and market trends
  • Directly manage and support the growing Media Buying team
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Professional: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • SEO knowledge and experience in the use of tools such as Ahrefs (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution-focused, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Proven record in creating and nurturing strategic brand/media partnerships across global markets
  • UK/US/Canadian/Australian native
