They are looking for a Workspace Sales Specialist to join our sales team and to be based in Berlin, with occasional travels to London. This position most suited for people with 2-3 years sales focussed experience ideally in the serviced-office/real estate industry. Job Purpose:
The Workspace Sales Specialist role is based in Berlin but will be covering sales opportunities in Berlin, London and potential further sites in the future. It is the pivotal administrative role in the sales team, primarily managing inbound demand and assigning leads to the Sales team, in addition to performing outbound tasks to generate qualified leads. Over time, and with experience, the role will support viewings.
 
Key Tasks
  • Qualify inbound; you will be responsible for managing new business enquiries and qualifying leads into the company CRM. Logging all pertinent lead details and keeping a highly organised sales dashboard for the sales team to interpret quickly and easily.
  • Arrange and coordinate tours, calls and meetings for the sales team across all locations in the London and Berlin portfolio, ensuring best practice client experience from first contact to sales handover.
  • Feedback loop; feeding into the Marketing team you will play a vital role in providing insights for the Marketing team — ensuring that our Marketing efforts are deployed appropriately to ensure the Sales team achieve their targets each week.
  • Manage demand-side partners; you will work to build new and maintain existing relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners.
  • Manage online platforms; working with the Marketing team you will maintain listings copy, photos and availability each week, ensuring listings are prioritised/ advertised correctly to build relevant demand.
  • Nurture leads; prior to assigning to Sales you will nurture and develop new enquiries to educate them on our products and services. Effective nurturing will lead to better problem solving and insights on each client, and ultimately better quality Sales conversations.
  • Outreach & retargeting; working closely with the Sales team you will target prospects via email and wider business development activities with a view to generating qualified leads.
  • Reporting; you'll be responsible for keeping all sales data up to date. Tracking pipeline lead probability, availability and occupancy. Owning the reporting framework, you will analyse trends and pipeline drop off, best performing sources, and help the sales team optimise performance.
  • Outbound sales & research; you will identify companies who may be a good fit for them and update existing competitor research for London and Berlin. Carrying out competitor and market research each month for new and existing territories.

What you will bring

  • Fluent English and German spoken and writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills in order to best communicate complex data
  • High commercial acumen, with a desire to progress within the department
  • Highly organised approach, great at coordinating your team internally
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal — you must be confident and comfortable speaking to clients and partners on the phone
  • A keen interest in, and understanding of flexible workspace and the tech industry and its future
  • It’s a plus if you have at least 2 year’s experience in sales including direct outreach and are comfortable with using and maintaining a CRM (Salesforce).
