As an Finance and Accounting Specialist you will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity of our client by ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant accounting practices. You will support informed decision-making by providing precise financial data, safeguarding assets, and contributing to the organization's overall fiscal health and success



Your Tasks

  • Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks to maintain accurate financial records and contribute to the timely closure of monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Record transactions from bank statements and ensure bank accounts are aligned to keep financial records accurate. 
  • Maintenance of standard chart of accounts and cost centre/department categorization.
  • Accounts Payable/receivable: processing daily payments, ensuring timely transactions. Schedule payables based on payment terms and monitoring of receivables.
  • Handle various accounting queries and projects to provide timely resolutions to the Head of Finance.
  • Prepare payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation and timely disbursement.
  • Ensure our client's accounting tool, Microsoft Dynamics / Navision, is up-to-date and accurately reflects all financial transactions.
  • Leading and coordinating bookkeeping of the different legal entities collaborating with external accounting firms for the monthly/quarterly filings.
  • Preparation of the consolidated financial view.
  • Participation in the Forecast/Budget.
  • Prepare Tax information for the different jurisdictions and coordinate the filling with external partners.
  • Improve accounting processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions


Key Requirements

  • You have completed an economic / finance degree and you are a specialist in finance and accounting.
  • You are CPA certified.
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Interest in the longevity industry and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle is advantageous.
