They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Berlin sales team - you’ll get to see everything that Techspace has to offer. 
 
What Will You Be Doing? 
The Sales Manager is a key role within their Berlin Operations team. Here, you will be responsible for motivating & coaching your team in Berlin to achieve sales targets across their Berlin locations; as well as supporting building their sales strategy based on market trends &  member experience.

Revenue Operations
●     Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for all locations in Berlin.
●     Achieve on measurables such as: 
○     Achieve agreed targets of the financial year. 
○     Keep CRM (SalesForce) up to date to ensure data collection.
○     Renew existing clients while achieving list price or above.
○     Ramp-up new locations and achieve occupancy rates of 80% + within three months.
 
Team
●     Analyse the performance of your team in all sales channels and leverage this analysis to shape and contribute to Sales strategies that ensure the financial growth of the company.
●     Manage, motivate and develop the Inbound Sales Specialist: 
○     Hold regular meetings, and Bi-annual Talent grid reviews, to ensure they are being supported, assessed, given feedback and developed.
 
Strategy
●     Research member needs and the market. Always with your finger on the pulse, you will know what’s going on in the market and understand how to translate that back into Sales efforts.
●     Coordinate with Marketing department to ensure departments are aligned and Marketing efforts are supporting the Sales KPIs month to month in your region.
●     Managing the Marketing for Sales efforts across inbound and outbound channels to ensure targets are met for enquiries in your region.
●     Take ownership of key relationships with brokers and key suppliers to ensure the number of referrals are maintained. You should also play a leading role in closing big ticket sales for your team. 
●     Innovate through the use of the most relevant software platforms for lead generation
●     Build relationship with existing members, to understand demand and requirements. Plus being able to effectively renew and upsell new products.
●     Constant lead generation.
 
You’d be the perfect fit for them, if you: 
●     3+ years experience in a B2B sales role; ideally working with outbound & channel sales. 
●     Experience building sales strategy, based on market analysis.
●     Drive; motivation & hunger to achieve great results, and will go above and beyond. 
●     Affinity to management - if you have experience coaching junior team members, we want to hear from you! 
●     Fluent German & English
