We are looking for a Solutions Consultant for the central Germany region to strengthen our client’s growing team in the DACH region.

Your role will be to independently increase awareness of our client’s solutions in your sales region, empowering people who need AAC with the ability to communicate. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to raise awareness and usage of our client’s AAC solutions.

As part of our client’s Germany-based team, you'll work closely to achieve shared goals.

If you enjoy traveling, this role is ideal for you, as you'll be on business trips around 60% of the time, including potential overnight stays in hotels. Most of your travels will be within Germany, but occasionally throughout the DACH region and other parts of Europe.


Your tasks:

  • Build, maintain, and develop strong personal relationships with professionals, including prescribers, key opinion leaders, and referrers in various forums, both in-person and digitally.
  • Provide consultation and demonstrate our client’s AAC solutions.
  • Independently plan, organise, and execute all tasks (client visits, training sessions, webinars, conferences) focusing on professionals to promote the successful use of our solutions.
  • Occasionally provide consultations to users in collaboration with professionals and our partners (assistive technology providers) in Germany.


Your profile:

  • A professional background in speech therapy, occupational therapy, special education, pedagogy, or similar fields.
  • Experience and knowledge in AAC and AAC devices.
  • Enjoy working independently with a proactive approach to planning and executing tasks.
  • Experience in delivering training & consultations on technical aids for AAC users is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and presentation delivery.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal skills.
