Your Role

In the firm, their people are their greatest assets and integral to the service they provide. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate in their Seoul office, you will assist in the development of creative and innovative strategies to identify and attract world-class talent, guide candidates through their pipeline, and partner to improve the recruitment process. Your duties will include:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Act as the commercial owner of a core part of the recruitment process, with accountability towards targets; work alongside recruiting leadership to support new initiatives and create new ideas; produce & execute strong full life-cycle recruitment processes and identify key improvement areas; maintain tracking and data requirements for focus area

  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with firm stakeholders to understand strengths and limitations within recruiting focus area; keep the business stakeholders informed on the latest hiring progress; drive business participation towards recruitment activities (e.g. interviews, campus events), as well as support their internal partners on recruitment processes and effective candidate evaluation

  • Candidate Interview: Conduct first-round interviews to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process for programs across our region; effectively educate candidates on the company employee value proposition and available opportunities; sell opportunities to candidates and answer questions during the offer process

  • Campus Recruitment: Identify new partnerships with campuses or student organizatons; build and maintain close relationship with their target campuses; ensure the recruiting events (e.g. career fairs, info sessions) are set up accordingly; participate onsite & offsite events to attract high quality talent; plan and allocate team resource during the campus season

Additional Responsibilities: Train and support new members in the team alongside the manager; responsible for addressing and/or escalating team issues to manager; manage the local recruitment vendors (e.g. job portals, agencies)

Qualifications:

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelor’s or higher degree)

  • 3+ years in recruitment or corporate talent functions (campus recruitment preferred)

  • Fluent English and Korean required, any additional Asian language(s) would be an advantage
