We’re wanting to grow our Growth & Marketing team, and we can’t do it without you. You’ll be one of the first in the team, and therefore you determine how you shape it, as well as our business for the future.

Position Overview:

As a Growth Executive at Avomind, your role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and enhancing our presence in the competitive recruiting landscape. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment and sales teams to design and implement B2B marketing campaigns and inbound strategies that will attract top-tier talent and clients.

What will you be doing on the daily? 

  • Working with our CEO and client delivery teams to craft and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns tailored to our industry and audience.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at expanding our network and attracting new clients
  • Building partnerships with leading academia institutions to expand our network
  • Building strategic partnerships fostering business performance and growth
  • Strategising over Avomind’s brand positioning and convert the vision into business growth
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including job seekers, clients, and industry partners.
  • Contributing to the creation of marketing collateral, including job market reports, blog posts, webinars, and more.
  • Producing compelling and engaging content.
  • Occasionally travelleing may be required for industry events, conferences, or client meetings.

What are we looking for?

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with a focus on the recruiting industry considered a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound marketing methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of both independent and team-oriented work.
  • A creative thinker with a keen interest in staying current with industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
